All major credit cards, cash and Venmo are accepted. 

 

Appointment availability fills up fast.  Please schedule well in advance to ensure you get the day and time you hope for. 

 

Please give 24 hours notice if you must reschedule your appointment. 

Any appointments cancelled after this time will be charged for 50% of the appointment amount to reschedule. 

 

All no shows will be charged for full service amount to reschedule appointment.  This guarantees that my clients value our time together.

 

Any new appointments made with a gift certificate that are cancelled without a 24 hours notice or no show scheduled appointment, will void the full amount of the gift certificate.  

 

To provide continued quality service and care to my loyal clients throughout the years, I will not be able to accommodate clients whom chronically change appointments after the 24 hour window, no show or are disrespectful of our scheduled time together.

All service sales, including prepaid services and gift certificates are final sales.  Gift Certificates expire 6 months from purchase date.  Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in original packaging, within 14 days of purchase.
